This program, in conjunction with the Cheongju Craft Biennale, offers an opportunity
to experience the fusion of craft and contemporary art.
Through a variety of cultural and
artistic activities—including exhibitions, artist talks, craft workshops, and stamp tours—it
seeks to deepen understanding and interest in the arts while broadening access to
cultural experiences.

- The Cheongju Craft Biennale 《World-Building: Re_Crafting tomorrow》 illuminates the forms and social role of contemporary craft, focusing on the essentials of food, clothing, and shelter. Participatory programs such as custom printing workshops and stamp tours invite visitors to rediscover the tactile and sensory dimensions of craft through hands-on engagement. The tour continues to the open storage exhibition at the MMCA Cheongju, which expands the meaning of preservation and accessibility in art. At the Cheongju Craft Creation Center, visitors can experience eco-friendly and practical values firsthand through craft workshops using metal and fiber.

- At Wumin Art Center, a special exhibition centered on the themes of coexistence and connection is accompanied by artist talks and participatory workshops, offering a space for deeper artistic reflection. The 《MMCA X CMOA Cheongju Project 2025》, jointly organized by the Cheongju Museum of Art and the MMCA Cheongju, explores various layers of contemporary art across different spaces, with 'regeneration' at its core. Meanwhile, the Cheongju National Museum hosts a special exhibition in collaboration with Japan's Yamanashi Prefectural Museum, highlighting the art and faith surrounding Mount Fuji. This exhibition also includes interactive zones to enhance understanding.
