Program

At the Gwangju Biennale, visitors will explore the main exhibition that has spearheaded global contemporary art discourse, guided by in-depth commentary from professional docents. At the Gwangju Museum of Art, docent-led tours cover special and permanent exhibitions that bridge the historic heritage of Southern Korean art with contemporary visual arts. On Gwangju Art Street, participants will explore local archives and engage in artist talks, followed by visits to the Gwangju Biennale Pavilions, Yangrim Alley Biennale tours along historic century-old alleys, and gallerist talks at Yangrim Historic and Cultural Village.
